We offer worldwide delivery.

Shipping Methods:

We partner with two trusted carriers, DHL and UPS, for our shipping services.

Delivery Times:

Our contemporary pieces are made to order for you and ship in 2–3 weeks. Our heritage pieces and jewellery are in stock and ship in 5–7 days.

In Europe, DHL Express typically delivers within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from the date of dispatch.

For the rest of the world, DHL Express usually delivers within 4–6 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed during the weekend are processed on Mondays.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping is free on orders over £450, €450 or $450 (or the equivalent in your local currency). Below this amount, the shipping cost is shown at checkout.

Customs and Duties:

All duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. Your order is delivered with duties paid (DDP) — there are no additional charges on delivery.

Please note that Aql&Nafs complies with legal requirements by declaring the full value of shipments and including an invoice for customs purposes when needed.
