Delivery and Shipping

Shipping and Delivery Information for Aql&Nafs Ltd

 

Delivery Destinations:

We offer worldwide delivery.

Shipping Methods:

We partner with two trusted carriers, DHL and UPS, for our shipping services.

Delivery Times:

The majority of our items are customized to your specifications and made to order. Please anticipate a production time of approximately 10-12 working days followed by an additional 2-3 days for shipping.

In Europe, DHL Express typically delivers within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from the date of dispatch.

For the rest of the world, DHL Express usually delivers within 4-6 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed during the weekend are processed on Mondays.

Shipping Charges:

Orders destined for Europe and the UK enjoy free delivery on orders above 450 Pound.

For orders from other parts of the world, there is a standard delivery cost of 19.99 Pound.

Customs and Duties:

International customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees in their respective countries, except for customers in the UK and Europe.

In the UK, we ensure that orders are delivered with Delivered Duties Paid, eliminating any additional charges upon delivery.

Please note that Aql&Nafs complies with legal requirements by declaring the full value of shipments and including an invoice for customs purposes when needed.

 

Return Policy

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, kindly send it back within 14 days of receiving it. We'll either replace the item or reimburse you for its cost, excluding the initial shipping fee. To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in its original, unworn condition, with all accompanying tags, cards, boxes, or pouches intact. Any items returned without tags or signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer without authorization.
